Jeff is the owner/ operator of Ambition Health and Performance and has been in the health and fitness industry since 1990. His company is well known in the Central London area as one which provides a range of services including Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Personal Training, Sports Massage, Rehabilitation/ Corrective Exercise and sound Nutrition and Lifestyle guidelines.

We are recognised as experts in our field and believe in a multidisciplinary approach to seeking best results, recognising that no one profession or discipline owns health or fitness. We also welcome the contribution of Josep A Tur who is an Ibiza local. Jose owns and runs his own farm where he grows organic produce and he is a very passionate about his island and will accompany us several times during the week to provide a cultural input into our hikes walks and cycles. We have also chosen to use local massage therapists and yoga teachers who are skilled in their profession and come highly recommended. Our policy is where possible and if the expertise is available to use Ibiza locals to assist in our project.
